This policy explains what personal data Midas collects when you visit getmidas.ai or use the Midas research platform, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and who we share it with. It covers account data, billing details handled by our payment processor, product usage telemetry, marketing and newsletter subscriptions, and the enquiries you send us through our contact and sales forms.

We never use customer research, uploaded documents, or workspace content to train foundation models. Data you bring into Midas stays yours: it is processed to deliver the product to you and to your team, and is isolated per workspace.

It also sets out the rights you hold over your data — access, correction, deletion, portability, and objection — how to exercise them, the legal bases we rely on, our approach to international transfers, and the sub-processors we use for hosting, analytics, email, and support.
