Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Midas platform and this website. They cover how accounts and workspaces are created and administered, what each subscription plan entitles you to, how monthly research credits are allocated and consumed, and the acceptable-use rules that apply to every plan.

They also set out the commercial terms: billing periods and renewal, annual versus monthly billing, cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing period, taxes, and how plan changes and overage credits are handled.

On content and intellectual property: you retain ownership of the documents, models, and notes you bring into Midas, and you receive a licence to use the outputs Midas generates for you. We retain ownership of the platform itself. Your content is not used to train foundation models.

The remaining sections cover confidentiality, service availability and support commitments, disclaimers relating to research output — Midas is a research tool, not investment advice — limitations of liability, indemnities, suspension and termination, changes to these terms, and the governing law and dispute-resolution process.
